Pamela Houghton Jones is a design artist, producing contemporary hand-worked textile art panels, lino prints, and works on paper. Inspired by the outback and local scenes - the colours and textures reflect the natural landscapes and native flora. Dave Jones is a designer/maker of contemporary custom furniture, as well as a range of timber gift ware. Displaying the clean lines of modern design Dave crafts his furniture from Australian timbers including a variety of eucalypts and casuarinas plus the more classic timber varieties of red cedar, rosewood, silver ash and blackwood.

Stuarts Point was the port for vessels entering the Macleay River from the river's old entrance. This silted over when a new entrance was forged by flood in 1893. Now the riverside hamlet sits by calm waters, which are breeding grounds for fish and crabs. There is a boat ramp and mooring available, and an almost unlimited choice of beach, river or blue water fishing spots. This peaceful river arm is also a playground for water sports enthusiasts and swimmers. The River Walk: starting at the end of Ocean Street in Stuarts Point the walk follows the riverbank for two and a half kilometres through native bushland including paper-barks, mangroves, banksias and eucalyptus to beautiful swimming areas and fishing spots along the Macleay River....

Yarrahappini Homestead is a purpose built bed and breakfast facility, set on 10 acres of parkland, located close to Stuarts Point, Macksville, Nambucca Heads and South West Rocks, at the foot of Yarrahapinni Mountain on Tourist Route 14. Take the Stuarts Point Interchange on the M1 (Pacific Highway) just 3.4 kilometres on your right along Tourist Route 14. The public areas of the house include; a large lounge area with a panoramic window looking up onto Yarrahapinni Mountain, and a separate large room to watch television, read, play board games or just relax. There are three large and separate veranda areas where guests can enjoy the outdoors whilst sipping on a coffee or reading a book. Dining facilities are arranged to allow guests to dine privately or as a group. The property includes a swimming pool and plenty of space to practice the golf swing. Breakfast is included in the tariff and comprises continental and full choices....
