Not only do we care for native animals but we also help all our visitors especially the children to appreciate how amazing our wildlife is.

It’s a fun family day out that is non-commercial, reasonably priced and involves our children in the wonderful wildlife of Australia.
Bring the kids or grandkids, bring a picnic or have a barbeque. We do supply snacks, drinks and real coffee. There is plenty of room for the kids to run and play and they just love feeding the kangaroos.

The Cube Wodonga is a state-of-the-art entertainment centre in Wodonga's central business area. The Cube Wodonga has the capacity to host touring bands and theatre shows, local community performances, film screenings, conferences, weddings and much more. It has a large auditorium that can open up to the courtyard outside or can be divided to make a smaller space for smaller meetings or gatherings. Automated retractable seating means the venue can be set-up in theatre style (410 seats) or flat floor mode (for live concerts). Round tables can also be brought in for conferences or dinners. There is also a meeting room available for hire and a community lounge. The community lounge is accessible to all and has ports for recharging motorised wheelchairs/scooters, lounge chairs and a microwave. A café and bar operates out of the venue and catering is available.
Belvoir Park Playground, set amid Belvoir Park, is a large open space with established trees and a lake abundant with water birds. The park features a walking track around the lake, picnic and barbecue facilities and shelters. The playground features a junior playground, intermediate to senior play area, elevated platforms, decks, slides, nets, climbing wall and a liberty swing. There are also swings, sandpit, interactive play panels, natural play spaces, barbecues, picnic tables and seating, public toilets and baby change facilities. Arts Space Wodonga is a vibrant and accessible contemporary arts venue situated in the central business district of Wodonga. It offers an eclectic program of unique exhibitions, intimate performances, workshops, educational tours, recitals and forums; featuring local, regional and imported cultural works. A showcase of dynamic art works by North East Victorian artists' features regularly; and proposals are welcome from individual artists and organisations. Arts Space Wodonga is one way we seek to support a range of cultural practices, community development and entertainment opportunities. It offers the community a vibrant and accessible venue for showcasing local, regional and imported cultural works. Wodonga Library is a public library serving the greater Wodonga area, providing for the community's educational, cultural, recreational and informational needs. The library has regular programs during school terms and the school holidays. A wide range of free resources including books, magazines, DVDs, e-Books, e-Audio and more for loan, as well as internet access and a selection of programs for all ages. The Wodonga Library offers a number of services that are free or at a minimum cost to the community, these include: printing, photocopying, scanning and fax facilities.
GIGS Art Gallery & Studios is a volunteer run, not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting local and regional artists within North East Vic & Southern NSW. The gallery showcases a large selection of artists’ works for exhibit and sale in a modern contemporary environment located within the Gateway Island Arts precinct.
The aim of GIGS Gallery & Studios is to provide support and studio space for emerging and established artists. The gallery is committed to providing ongoing professional development and assistance for local artists with their exhibitions, workshops and activities.
GIGS Gallery celebrates a wide range of creative expression, innovation and exploration from over 50 regional artists. Solo, group exhibitions, and events are held regularly engaging the local community and Gallery Members to participate and help sustain each artists practice. The James Scott Memorial Skate Park has provided the Wodonga community with a high quality facility for a number of years. The location and design has supported positive use and participation for local skaters, and box and scooter riders. In 2012 the park was redeveloped. The new skate park has urban plaza elements such as rails, steps and ledges, as well as two refuge areas with seating, banked walls and a fun box. The jump box and quarter pipe from the existing park were also upgraded to allow multi-directional travel into the snake run.
Built in 1928, The Butter Factory Theatre, Wodonga was formerly an operating dairy set amongst the bushland of Gateway Island on the banks of the Murray River. In 1997 the building was transformed into a professional theatre venue, becoming the performance home of HotHouse Theatre. When not in use for HotHouse Theatre's subscription season and associated activities, the Theatre is available to hire for a wide variety of events. The Theatre itself is a studio-style black box with a sprung wooden floor. The auditorium features a raked seating bank accommodating 162 patrons. It's a warm and intimate performance space, popular with performers and audiences alike. A standard theatre hire package features: - A versatile lighting rig with extensive lighting stock - Professional audio system - Additional lighting and AV equipment as available - Three dressing rooms complete with washing facilities - A full complement of professional technical and front of house staff who will ensure the highest - Standard of service for your event; and - A complete box office and ticketing service The less formal Studio space is also available for hire. It's frequently utilised for smaller scale events - rehearsals, meetings, tailored private functions, and launches. The theatre's foyer is a pre-show and event hub with its unique charm, relaxed atmosphere and a bar that boasts a fine selection of local premium wines, beers and beverages. With activities for all ages, Harvey's Fun Park is a must for families visiting Albury Wodonga. Kids can spend hours having fun in the water playground which features waterslides, splash areas and the fun spray tunnel. For those interested, the 27 holes of mini golf will challenge event the keenest golfer. Younger children will love the amazing jumping castle, giant sandpit and tunnel maze. With loads of outdoor play areas, King Cole's Castle and moat as well as the hourly train rides, the day will fly by. If starting to get a little hungry, the kiosk has a wide selection of hot and cold foods otherwise you are welcome to bring your own food and use the free barbecue facilities which are scattered over the Fun Park.
Over the past twenty-three years, Stanley Bears has become synonymous with a range of hand-crafted traditional teddies sought after by collectors from around Australia and world-wide.
