Stop and take in the breathtaking views at the lookouts at Murunna Point, Bermagui Point, Dickinson Point Headland and the Blue Pool. Paddle in the safe shallow waters of Wallaga Lake and Cuttagee Lake. Marvel at Camel Rock and the rock formations of the steep cliff faces. All this and more - with the majestic Gulaga Mountain as a backdrop.

Bellbird Cottage is a 20 acre property situated approximately 12 kilometres south west of Picton. A visit to the orchard includes a tour of 1,000 fruit trees which includes peaches, plums, nectarines and apricots. Fresh fruit from the orchard can be purchased from November to February, and is sold by the kilo or box. Enjoy a guided tour of the champion garden. This is a slow walk of about 40 minutes duration where you will see the various gardens and see many birds including peacocks, turkeys, chooks, ducks, geese and their naughty cockatoos - be careful they bite. A large range of dolls, bears, badges, spoons, antiques and other collectables are on display along with an operational HO scale model railway. The small shop sells an assortment of dolls, teddy's, small gifts and homemade jams and pickles. Bookings essential. Group bookings only. Minimum 20 visitors, maximum 50 visitors.

Cobargo combines the skills and craft of a working village with a genuinely historic past, its streetscape featuring the many turn of the century buildings that make Cobargo such an attraction for visitors. Cobargo was "The Junction" as the township first began to develop in the late 1860s at the junction of the Narira and Bredbatoura creeks, the surrounding landscape merging into wilderness areas that are today incorporated in the Wadbilliga National Park. Attractive buildings house craftspeople who sell unique goods from woodcrafts and pottery to leather and artworks and can often be seen at their craft working in the way that people did in Cobargo's early days. There are delightful cafes and retail shops to explore and the Cobargo Laneway Markets operate 9am to 1pm every Saturday. Wadbilliga National Park is located to the west of Cobargo, where camp sites are available and are abundant in flora and fauna.

Wallaga Lake, the largest lake in southern NSW, is located seven kilometres north of Bermagui along Wallaga Lake Road. The fishing is fabulous and the serenity of the natural surroundings offers a wonderful place for swimming, boating, sailing, water skiing, bushwalking and bird and wildlife watching. Picnic and toilet facilities are available. There is various accommodation around the lake, including three caravan parks with lakeside camping sites, cabin accommodation and boat hire. Wallaga Lake is the home of Umbarra, the black duck - totem of the Yuin-Monaro people. Merriman Island, within the lake, is gazetted as an Aboriginal Place in recognition of its significance to local Aboriginal people. This island is not accessible to the public and landings are not permitted. Aboriginal middens and artefacts such as cutting stones have been found in the lake area. Please help to conserve these relics by not disturbing them in any way.

If swimming and sunbathing in the nude is your preference, Armands Beach was declared legally clothes optional by Bega Valley Shire Council in November 1993. From Bermagui, drive south 9.5 kilometres along the Tathra-Bermagui Road to Barragga Bay and turn left into Kullaroo Road. Proceed along the sealed road to the Armands Beach sign and walking track to the beach. From Tathra, drive north 38 kilometres along the Tathra-Bermagui Road to Barragga Bay turning right into Kullaroo Road. Armands Beach was named after a man of French origin, Armand Lemmeric, who owned a farm behind Armands Bay and regularly swam nude at the beach. In the 1930s nude cricket matches were held at the beach. Armands Beach is not patrolled and there are no toilets or facilities. Bring all you need and take away all you bring. Nudity is limited to the extent of the sands of the beach.

This area is highly valued as a special place of customary lores and teaching to the Yuin people of the South Coast of NSW. The teachings say that Mumbulla Creek Falls area is sacred and a part of Mother Earth, which means we must show respect at all times. A 225 metre raised walkway suitable for wheelchair access leads to a viewing platform over the falls. Information on the cultural significance of the area is located on the walk to the falls. Facilities include gas barbecues, picnic tables and an amenities block with pit toilet. The natural rock water slide on the Mumbulla Creek is a popular swimming spot. Care should be taken before diving into the deep swimming hole as tree branches and submerged rocks can be a hazard.

Bermagui Field and Game is a clay target shooting club affiliated with Sporting Clubs Australia. Sporting clays is an Olympic event and is the fastest growing shooting sport in the world. Australia produced the World Champion in 2009. The Bermagui range is two kilometres along Murrah River Road which is located 11 kilometres from Bermagui travelling south on the Tathra-Bermagui Road. The club shoots on the fourth Sunday of each month starting at 9.30am. Most shoots are 100 target events with a lunch break after the first two rounds. All clay target endorsed shooters (SSAA, FGA and ACTA) are welcome. Nominations are not charged for junior shooters.
